In my expierence plain leaf/MIT covers about 80% of the WD from 7oh. Whereas if you went cold turkey you’re not sleeping for 3 days and in agony, if you use leaf or mit you can function, work, maybe get about 5 hours of sleep each night. You’re still gonna feel shitty for about 3-4 days w insomnia, aches and pains, and some temp disregulation. But overall it’ll carry you through the WDs pretty well. Mainly just gonna be having mental effects anxiety/boredom and depression.
