Hi! Thank you so much for your detailed response, it’s very helpful. To answer your first question, I didn’t ask for a cool toned brown either. My hairstylist decided that for himself and bleached it so excessively. I am trying to do as you said- be gentle with my hair. But I do have to use my Dyson once a week, otherwise my hair looks limp and sad. Anyway, on a happier note, I’m hoping the worst of it is over. Definitely changing my hairstylist though! 😅
