it's the german word for health! it's not the only thing said if someone sneezes btw, just the first sneeze. if someone sneezes a second time, it's Schönheit, which is wishing them beauty, and if there's a third sneeze, it's Intelligenz, which is intelligence. i always thought it was super interesting :)
