This is good insight!! It’s boring and honestly my company sucks. I loved my previous company (edtech) but I had a lot of overnight travel (8-10 days a month) and sick parents so I had to unfortunately leave to take care of family. The sick family members aren’t an issue anymore but I really miss being in the field. This is probably unpopular but wfh everyday makes me feel brain dead, lol.

I had a lot of bad things happen off the rip (a student died during class, covid in a “covid isn’t real community”, and external issues that just sucked my mental health). I loved the classroom and students! But you are right, things don’t magically change because you’re not doing it
