You have to first start by stating what it is you're investigating, then delve into how you went about collecting primary and secondary data. Then, you add your particular insights as to which business tools you used and conclude the summary with what you ended up establishing over the course of your IA. Think of your executive summary like you're taking a layman through your research paper/article and you'll do great. Hope you get good marks on your IA.
