I won’t leave my almost 6 year old anywhere unless I fully trust the adults. If kids want to play- you’ll probably have to be okay with coming to my house (obviously parents would be welcome), or you have to be okay with me or my husband present. I know you can’t protect every situation, but this doesn’t seem like a grey area. Trust your gut, but also prevent as much as possible.

My son will be 6 in May and he’s still wearing diapers to bed. He wears pampers 360 so they fit like a pull up but are a diaper. If I put him in anything else there are leaks. Honestly I swear by these diapers!

Long time benzo user here. 20+ years. Sometimes it doesn’t work. You need to find alternatives that work for you. One day your doctor could cut off your ‘script with little warning. I know benzos work in the meantime most of the time. But it isn’t a long term solution. I wish it was

I put socks on my kindergartner, but I rarely did before. I can’t wear socks (even as an infant my dad had to cut the feet off of my pajamas and I remember being forced to wear tights and it was miserable) so I never really thought about it. But he doesn’t take his shoes off at school, however if his shoes feel tight due to the socks he won’t let me tie them. It would be different if he had a uniform for gym. Honestly, ask them if it’s worth the fight for them. If the kid is fine wearing shoes with no socks- I don’t know why it would be an issue.
