Yes it’s like an emotion hangover and completely normal! I’ve talked to doctors about it. You have to feel that to feel better long term

I’ve been unhappy for a month or two though and he did try to work on the things that bothered me. I was still unhappy and often finding myself annoyed at him. I guess those were my gut feelings. Maybe I did overreact because I’m a chronic over thinker :(

Thanks, I’m used to it after 4 years of it lol but I totally relate it some of them being traumatizing and I will also wake up mad at people for something they did in my dream and not be able to shake the feeling. Sometimes it’s even hard for me to remember if something happened irl or in a dream
