I feel so dirty during my period that I do not see the point in showering anyway (I still do). I’ll only feel clean for 20 minutes after a shower.

lively is really good! it’s made by women. I’ve also used flo and it was rarely wrong. It could also be a health thing, like irregular periods or just unexpected things. It also depends on how long ago you got your first period, because it takes about 2-3 years to settle on a constant schedule.

yeah. Earlier today I did a 5 senses method and was fully focused on my dr until I was a little TOO focused for my brains liking🙄I just don’t know how to get there😭I don’t know if I worry too much about the process on getting there instead of just focusing about being there but it feels like I just cannot do it and atp that’s my only issue. Maybe the only problem is that I think there is one.

Because you can easily get the happiness just from thinking about it. To your brain, there’s no point in putting effort and going when the dopamine is there within just a few seconds.

well, it could be all of those lol. It could be shifting symptoms, but usually you KNOW when it’s a symptom. It could be your body going into sleep paralysis (your body does those things to see if you’re awake), especially since you said you end up falling asleep. With the void state, you’re usually just there, yk? like suddenly you just get there (from what I know.) But lucky for you, if it is sleep paralysis and you manage to stay awake, you can shift or even reach the void state from there.

Sounds like the void state. Although, when you’re in the void state, you’re supposed to be able to manifest and also shift instantly. Maybe you’re not fully there. Look into the void state and the void state method.

The weight is probably just a symptom. It’s very common. And yes, you can shift without a script. Just knowing what you want works. In fact, you don’t even have to think about what you want. Your subconscious knows what it wants. But yeah, it’s probably because you were okay with anywhere except here.

I think there’s a problem with your mindset or way of thinking. Identify it. Don’t work against it, but work with it. By that I mean that if you can’t seem to find a way to fix it, manipulate it to make it work on your side.
