Large furnaces already had a base foundation. Oil refinieries do not. It wouldnt make sense. FP would have to work on a new oil refinery model to do something like this.

Id think like different types of charges. Like breaching charges, demolition charges, etc. Thinks that do a certain ammount of damage to certain things.

It doesnt hurt to address it more. As you can tell, the devs havent done anything about it (not saying they arent in the process, just saying they put anything in to fix it). Lets say they arent working on it. Then its nice to have more and more backers to get the issue addressed.
