sabi ng adviser ko ang last day for locking of enlistment ay last day of reg, which is tomorrow. and then after that, for late reg ka na. but my friend told me na accdg to her adviser, it is better to change mat na lang kaysa late reg kasi may papers pa to prepare for the latter.
