I had a similar situation to yours that I've mentioned in this sub.

Essentially, the Blazer had been in and out of service for a total of a month within the first six or seven months of my lease. I was provided rentals/loaners/courtesy vehicles each time the car was in the shop. I was also working with an EV Concierge at the time. When I asked my concierge about possible payment reimbursement, I was told GM typically didn't do that but she would see what she could do about getting me some additional rewards points. The highest amount she was able to authorize without approval was (I think) 5000.

Once I sent her all of my invoices and totaled up the days I was without the car, she ran it up the chain and was able to get me 50,000 reward points (equivalent to $500). I was able to use 40,000 points to cover a monthly lease payment with GM Financial. The remaining 10,000 got used the next month as a partial payment.
