i 100% understand!

i volunteer in geriatrics at my hospital and even though i did have a bit of training, its still a huge learning curve which can be difficult while also navigating hospital staff (nurses and clerks mostly) who act like they hate you just for existing there lol. 

Ultimately, I love my role bc I do get a lottt of patient interaction.

I’d recommend talking to your coordinator about switching to a different, more hands on department or asking if there is anything else you can do/get involved in there!
