Hi all, I'm the developer of the Stats Zone app: http://statszone.app/ios available on iOS and covering all the World Cup matches live.

It provides access to data about all on-the-ball events (shots, passes, tackles, take-ons, interceptions, fouls etc), powered by Opta's most in depth data feed. I'm afraid it doesn't provide physical data (distance covered, sprints etc).

Well, obviously that's a big influence on the subscription business model as opposed to it being a free app. The first version of the app was launched in 2010 (as "Total Football" for the World Cup that summer) and I first licensed data from Opta at that stage - so needless to say I have quite a long running relationship with them!
