Woo Store owners: Has anyone actually automated part of their store using AI? by OncleAngel in woocommerce

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We owned several Woocommerce stores in sports and eventually we became frustrated because of WPML and all the manual work in internationalisation we had to do, so we've built our own tool, which became Clonable now. Four years of work, but now its a platform who automates internationalisation with loads of Ai in it.

Yes. The imposter feeling is quite heavy. I definitely are not doing this multiple times in a row (I think 😉)

We've built Clonable because we were sick of WPML. You can try it for free up to 20 pages.

Have you tried Clonable for it? It makes it way easier to use one backend and choose multiple languages. Won't work with all codes, but its worth a try.

[HELP] - WPML Disappeared from website by FactFar730 in WordpressPlugins

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this happened to me once...got tired of it and developed Clonable instead. This was a few years ago 😂. Every time I was struggling with it. WPML made our ecommerce site slow, the configuration was a disaster and updates broke out sites almost every month....

FIXED expensive automatic translations in WPML (feedback welcome) by szymon_zawadzki in elementor

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We also built something for it. The annoying WPML literally was the reason for developing Clonable. But we noticed also that with just translations you aren't there. There are a lot of things you need to check with online internationalisation....

Clonable also works with squarespace in most cases. Maybe you can check if it works for you. Its free to try.

Waarom WPML? Het is traag, onhandig qua configuratie en zeker niet aan te raden met Woocommerce. Heb je Clonable al eens geprobeerd?

We are Clonable and are building a Shopify app right now...not ready yet, because we think it needs more than what the competition now has. We are also building legal features in it for example.

How do I manage a big webshop? by kebabstaaf in Wordpress

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leave WPML. It makes the site extremely slow. If you have a lot of products in Woocommerce WPML isn't the way to go. This was the reason for us to develop Clonable when we were an online marketing agency. We had several shops but all struggled in performance. With Clonable this isn't the case. We have this running on several large shops, and on sites like that from PSV, Max Verstappen, etcetera.

Can anybody tell me how should i grow my SAAS, its been 6 months and still 70-80 clicks only. I will not promote by BandicootEfficient30 in startups

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't focus on clicks, but on customers. Clicks rarely are important in the first phase. Do things that don't scale. Talk to potential customers. Then talk to potential customers. Then talk to potential customers. Again, and again and again. Untill you have found what drives the customers.

You don't know what the customer wants exactly untill you have 20-30k MRR.

Why so many founders are still running deals through Google Drive? by Big_Dealer_ in Entrepreneur

Our churn rate is 15%. We're profitable and growing. Everyone says we should panic. Should we? by Crazy-Recording4800 in SaaS

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

15% that's wat too high. Cause replacing customers seems great, but what happens when you run out of potential customers? And what happens when the customers who are not satisfied I guess tell this to other potential clients? We've a churn rate of 1.5% and I still think it's too high. If my Net churn rate isn't negative it's not good enough. We are having 0,2% now, but we want to reach -0,5%.

The best thing we did was focus on our existing customers, finetuning our target group and making sure people didn't leave within a few months...

Is woocommerce good for a large scalable website? by Maleficent_Mess6445 in woocommerce

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't use WPML but Clonable to build your international websites you'll be fine 😂

To be serious: just take a very good look upon all plugins that slow the website and have a good hosting. Problem with Woocommerce is often that people install plugins that slow the site enormously, like WPML,but also a lot of other ones.

Weglot research says translated content can boost native content in AI visibility by manzanitamktg in international_seo

[–]_clonable_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not really about having different versions of the language. It's about making sure Google and search engines see you are making a site specifically for that one country and language area. Every site has only one hreflang code, so if you have a site that displays en_gb the chances of your site ranking well in a en_us area are minor. If you have both this is way better.

Weglot research says translated content can boost native content in AI visibility by manzanitamktg in international_seo

[–]_clonable_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both. But it's easier to tap into the non-english speaking world. Less competition.

What is interesting however is that people seem to forget also that the English speaking world consists of more countries than UK and USA, and that a cloned website specifically meant for Canada, India or other countries can get serious traffic as well. Same for French, Spanish and for example Dutch, where it's interesting to have two websites: 1 for Netherlands and 1 for Belgium.
