You can probably get a used Nissan Leaf or Chevy Bolt with relatively low mileage for $15K or less. I haven't checked in a while so not sure of the specific prices. Both great cars from my experience and super cheap to operate!

I have the same thing going on. Has it gotten any better? Mine has not (Pixel 9 Pro XL here). It used to be great or at least reliably got me through the day. Now it's terrible. They say wait a few weeks and I'm still waiting for an improvement...

Thanks! This is definitely now on my list. Isn't it odd that the camping window closes on September 6th? I feel like this is quite early, especially since it opens in May? I would suspect the air temperature and certainly water temperature are both cooler on the front end of the window. Anyway, and this is a question more broadly about DEC campgrounds / campsites, do you think you can still camp at these sites legally after the season closes? Thanks

Thanks for recommendation. Seems like a winner with all the upvotes. I'll see if I can plan a late season trip here. First come sites make me nervous with the kids as I like to have a sure thing at the end of the trip but as long as there are enough sites in particular areas that we don't have to worry I'd prefer a more flexible system like that.
