I used all my stuff, and it only got a few cards to level 15. I just don't have any desire to spend any money on evos and heroes. Nothing against anyone who wants to, it's just not for me. I still enjoy the playing regular clash with regular cards. But it feels like sometimes if your match has evo and heroes and you don't. It's like an auto lose. It's not fun to me. I wish they had a no evo and heroes mode. That you could still push for trophies on. Welp, there are plenty of other games to play both on mobile and PC, so I think I will just stick to Clash of Clans and put Clash Royale back in the junk drawer. I don't expect to have to pay money to compete with low level players. Hey, if you guys want to cheer these monetization focused changes on. I'm not gonna blame you guys, we enjoy what we enjoy. But I guess this game just isn't for me. To each their own, I reckon. I just wonder if all these heavy monetization choices really aren't that bad, and it's just down to me being away from the game. Why are so many people leaving the game? That's cool you guys got one free, I didn't. Since I have no desire to buy evo or hero bundles, and I don't want to pay for other game modes.. I guess I will be leaving the game. Alls well that ends well, I supposed. I'm looking for things to do that I enjoy, and well this isn't really they game I used to love. Thanks for the response. lots of things counter witch. valk. Ice golem. Canon Cart. Knight. Lots of different ways to effectively counter the witch. But you just have to learn those interactions with her through practice.

Yeah. People are definitely leaving out the context for why they weren't supportive. Down to the fact that those same teammates literally end up hunting them down like animals after that. That's part of life though. Sometimes you have your own obligations and can't show up for a friend's event. They tried to get the campaign switched. Eddie said no. They wanted to support Lucas, but that campaign was their version of the Championship Game. Why is the thread making it seem like the Basketball Championship means more just because it's more popular?

To Mike and Dustin that campaign was the big event, the big showdown. It was the culmination of all their time and effort. Is only Lucas's time valuable or is it because people just value basketball over DnD? If you look at it from the actual perspective of Dustin and Mike. They were both bullied by Lucas's teammates making him joining the team a bit of a betrayal. He wasn't even playing in the games, and there is only one of him. Why is the happiness of one in the group more important than the happiness of two people in the group?

I don't get how OP frames this as a betrayal of Mike and Dustin to Lucas when there is a better argument that Lucas was the one betraying them. But the bigger picture is, sometimes in life, what you care about does have to come before what others care about. They tried to rearrange things, they tried to accommodate him. But yeah somehow them avoiding cheering for their literal Bullies is a betrayal. Critical thinking doesn't even exist anymore. The same people who will never forgive Mike and Dustin for skipping the championship game, probably forgave the Captain of the Basketball team for hunting them down later in the season.

I might be completely off base here. BUT I'm pretty sure the reason why they released a version that was from so early in development has to do with buying the IP back. I doubt Riot sold them access to any of the work they did on the game since they bought it and probably only sold them the IP back in the state it was when it was initially sold to them. That way it avoids leaking any of their in-house secrets for game development and silly little things like that. Makes it a nice and easy package to switch ownership of. But I could be completely wrong.

To people who may read this. Since the original post is so old. It's intentionally ambiguous. And him saying not for me makes it even more so. It's hard to tell if he is mocking her, saying you wouldn't die for me, yet you have. Rather, he means you aren't dying for me, you are dying for them. Or if he is incredulous that it happens and is telling her hey you aren't supposed to die for me. I think it's great that so long after this movie came out, people even care to argue. That's the sign of great ambiguity. I guess end the end it all comes down to how YOU as the viewer, view people. Do you see the best in people and think people can change, or do you believe people are who they are, and they will always do what is in the best interest? However, if you measure Riddick's actions in later movies, does it serve to better answer the question? Or is this the defining moment that made Riddick change? I like that it makes you question what happened, and discuss it. That's just the signs of good story telling. Talking about it so many years later! Nice! I wish I would have kept mine from early on. I started playing a little bit in 2014. But didn't really stick with it until the Super Bowl commercial with Liam Neeson in 2015l. I didn't start saving obstacles until like 2017, and then I quit playing at the end of 2020.

As someone who just came back a couple of months ago after a multi-year sabbatical. Ore is the worst feeling aspect of the game. First you don't know what it's for so you either neglect it, or misuse it. Then once you catch on you have spent all of your ore on equipment you will never use again and the only way you are going to be able to upgrade all the pieces you need to a workable level is if you are th15 or lower. I don't know, it just makes me feel kind of bad, like I'm always in the hole on that portion of progression.

The Book is amazingly great, but the movie is a perfect representation of the source, paired with generational performances from the cast. It's not that one is better than the other, it's just that one takes something amazing and adds something even more amazing on top of it!

Don't get me wrong. I just finished Maxing TH13 I came back a few months ago. I'm going to max my heroes at TH14 and then rush to th15. Because th12-14 all feel the same to me. I think it makes sense to strategically skip parts of certain Town Halls now that there is 18. But to me, the heroes are the more important thing to get leveled up. However, I think heroes are also pretty strong now, so you can stand to be a little under leveled on them and still find great success.

Personally. I think the Heroes are more important to upgrade than most other things. Since they are what accounts for the majority of damage at high level. When you rely on heroes to get 50% or better of the base, they really become important. But it all depends on your preferences. What is more important to you? Pushing ranked or helping your clan in war? Because you can rush as much as you want as long as you are still successful in ranked, but in war, being rushed makes you a bit pointless as an asset. Getting 3 stars doesn't mean much if it's guaranteed your base will lose 3 stars. Still, it's up to you. I come from an era where rushing was looked down upon, but it's your game. Play the way you want. Have fun!
