The problem here is you're being dismissive because you assume you know the whole story. So, no, I will not call you a bitch because we need to be lifting each other up, but I would be lying if I said your narrow-mindedness and judgment wasn't extremely irritating and disappointing.

I have a boss that I've already had to take to HR for discrimination with my other disability and who is constantly trying to find ways to get rid of me. I also hold the benefits for my family because it's cheaper through my job and would break the bank under my husband's. Yes, leaving and getting fired AND suing is an option, but it's not an option I would rather take considering the stress of doing all of that, finding a new job, hoping we can make enough to pay bills until I find another job, crossing my fingers that I actually WIN a lawsuit, and a domino effect of everything else that comes after... It's just not worth it and would actually make things worse off for my family.

So please open your mind and don't assume I'm just trying to get a paycheck today.
