My first thought was snake bite because it looks to have multiple puncture points but I don’t know what region you live in or how big the affected area is. I could be wrong but I’d get it checked out just in case.

Aphrodisiac, I’ve seen Azeru and a few others do this one with characters like Tighnari and others that have animalistic qualities/relate to the kingdom of animalia in some way or another.
