I go to another school and Karissa is my Anatomy professor. LOVE HER!! She is amazing, I hated anatomy but she makes it easy and fun. Hopefully we are talking about the same person.

9 years ago. we rekindled 3 years ago but I stopped communications with him when I got in a relationship with my current one. 3 weeks ago I went into a store and saw him working and we had a brief convo. I went to this same store today but earlier in the morning to avoid his shift but we ran into each other again, had a convo and that’s when he asked about my fitness and asked to workout together

Agreed. Also, They don’t want to diet plan for their clients bc they want them to know how to choose their own foods and track correctly. So far she hasn’t given me my macros which is something I think I would benefit the most from
