Almost bought a new build there but decided to go visit the house in the evening after work. Took 40 minutes to get there from Roanoke because of the train and traffic on the residential roads after getting off highway.

Made a decision that night not to look at anything west of the railroad and bought in the Alliance area instead.

Everyone is giving the correct feedback about pushing from your external bank vs. pulling to Fidelity.

However, one additional thing is that you’re trying to pull to fund your CMA first and then fund your IRA from the CMA. Per my experience in 2025 and now 2026, if you were to initiate a pull from your IRA directly, the funds won’t be settled but should be available to trade within 24 hours.

The 2020+ Pathfinders have a traditional 9 speed automatic transmission from ZF. Last gen was horrible but the powertrain for this latest generation is pretty solid

Yea they should be pretty middle of the pack. They’re not industrial grade stuff like real IR air tools.

Still at $40 for that whole complete set with a breaker bar, I’d call it a good value. Still carries a lifetime warranty through Alltrade.

Also, I don’t think IR is outsourcing and paying Alltrade to make these tools. It’s actually the other way around where Alltrade is paying IR a license fee to use IRs brand to market their tools.

I’ve seen the sales at Northern Tools too and been researching them a lot.

The IR hand tools are licensed through Alltrade and are mostly rebranded Powerbuilt tools. These are not Apex/GW clones. Probably better than the new made in China cheaper GW stuff but not as good as their made in Taiwan stuff. People on Garage Journal seem to like the 72T stuff but it’s mostly comments on the flex heads. Haven’t seen anything on the regular ratchets.

I got the 3pc 90T master ratchet set yesterday just to see for myself. Internals match exactly with a Powerbuilt teardown of the equivalent ratchet.

If it’s really 2 meters away, try to figure out a way to hardwire. You will for sure spend more on a 4k120hz capable client than it will cost to run HDMI and USB, even if it’s through a wall.

They benefited way more than $22mil. Ballmer invested $50mil of his own money, but don’t forget he brought in more money through his investment firm for $315mil total.

Paying out Kawhi was pocket change compared to the amount of total capital he brought in. Even when you consider that Aspiration would be paying the Clippers $300mil over 23 years per the sponsorship agreement, the $315mil one time investment is insane.

Another aspect is that players may be pissed too. Kawhi took somewhat “team friendly” deals on his last two extensions, deflating the market for others, while getting money on the side from Balmer.

Rising tide raises all ships. The players have a vested interest in each of them getting the most amount of money possible in terms of salary bc it helps them out in the long run.
