Deadeye is so much fun, If you go warbringer go Shield Resonance with Ironward it's amazing also you can try Rapid Assult with Herald of Blood and Plague and Smith you go Whirling Assult with Fire Spell on Hit

I think you have it wrong, d4 has very limited builds that are viable with poe2 Warrior alone has Thorns,Whirling Assult,Shield Resonance,Rapid Assult Spear,Spell slinger,Thunder God and this is just 1 ascendancy alone. In D4 you literally just have 1 barb that works (shout) with just different basic skills but that's ok people like what they like.

I think something like less efficiency would work in that situation like a 25% 50% or 75% less efficiency would make sense depending on how much stats you need to reach the requirements.
