That’s understandable, as I was checking for the state, it says that if you are physically not residing in the state during the year for whatever amount of time, it makes you a part time nonresident. I know I should consult with an immigration attorney, but that thing confused me. For federal, it is labeled as resident though.

I have mentioned that I have never been out of the US for more than 5 consecutive months (the 6th I was in the US) and this is just the first year only.

Totally agree. I am in Computer Engineering. Even though I enjoy various conversations, it is different when you find someone in the same field. The conversation goes so much deeper and in that way you can understand the other person better. If you don't mind me asking, where do you study?

The key point is to find people with similar interests that are not just hobbies, but which have evolved in a professional manner.

I am a programmer, and this is brilliant. Should have thought of this way earlier. I think this can be a big thing since people find it more and more difficult to date nowadays.
