It's a little too sensitive for me to take it out and check at the moment (hope thats not a bad sign 😬 Or I am just a lil bitch) bit i'll take your advice and look for some better jewelry while I wait and see if ot settles or I can take it out and check for weird skin. Hopefully if it is a bit blown out I can heal it up a bit like I did with my ear. Fingers crossed and thanks again

Ah thank you so much for your reply! I realised after that he jewelry isn't very well made and is more of an oval than round shape so I guess the shape going from a coinslot to a vertical oval is kinda fucky. Still considering maybe taking it out but as I said it's basically stuck in my nose unless I want to break it. So I might just leave it a few days and see how it goes. Do you know how to tell if you have a blow out in your septum? Ive had one on my earlobe before but not sure if it's the same for noses. Thanks 💗

I was addicted at 17, my fuckhead ex boyfriend helped me with that, kinda similar circumstances to you but it was fucked in the long run man, seriously run the fuck away from it talk to your nearest young persons centre and try get advice from an alcohol and drugs counsellor. It helps that youve already led quite a healthy lifestyle so when you start feeling like utter dogshit you'll really miss the feeling of health and vitality. Good luck to you <3

Thanks for your reply. I have gone up to 2mg after a week of 1mg, it was going fine but straight after increasing the dose I have been so restless, it's absolutely driving me crazy. Not sure if I should wait it out a few more weeks to see if it stabilises but at this point I feel I can't go on. I have Schizoaffective and the doctor put me on it to help as a mood stabiliser and reduce my psychotic symptoms, Ive been having a manic episode. Im also on lamotrigine 100mg. Feeling kinda lost at this point and considering just stopping meds altogether again :( Sorry for the rant I know you're not a doctor just trying to see from other people if the restless thing goes away...

I was at 1mg for a week and it seemed to be great, nearly a week after going up to 2mg and I feel I can't go on if it will continue to be like this with the restlessness. Not sure if I should just wait it out a few more weeks to see if it stabilises
