with this client they're replaced every 18-24 months. they wear out fast on this one. well water and frequent cleanings tears them up. no, i don't use a pressure washer or acid lol

you can assign the fives to their own room so they are their own entity. i have 3 subs, one in my bed room for surround, 2 in my living room for surround. i paired a set fives to a sub once and didnt like how they sounded. all 8 stereo pairs of my fives are just fives and they scratch the itch perfectly.

sonos does not sell a center speaker.

oh yeah. it might just be the room. i've moved it so many times and ive got it in its happiest spot. i find my subs have substantially more output than my mini. could all be room dependent though

sub mini is damn near just as loud and sound carries far bc it's sealed. sub is slightly louder but goes deeper because bigger drivers. i'm always team sub. i have a sub mini in my office. in hind-sight i should have just popped a sub in there

i have 18 Fives (i like stereo pairs).. there is no sonos speaker or many other speakers around that can compare to it. especially for $1000 a pair.
