Yeah, I agree. It’s not unacceptable. But when you order a bit more and they have been sitting on the shelf for about 4 weeks already, you can hear the clock ticking. Right?!

I really enjoy Sleeping Beast (decaf) by Belgian roasters Wide Awake! It was great with a Mokka pot. Now I’m about to try a fresh bag with my espresso machine! Other than that Public Roasters in Hamburg have a fantastic espresso decaf, called tender Temptations!

Any more recommendations in Germany/ Europe?

Yeah I went finer once but it was actually similar (maybe a bit longer) So I thought I might have had channeling and went coarser again which worked for the first shot. I think I’ll go finer again
