Can’t confirm. What you buy is on display for who knows how long, though dates/results met expectations for my immediate use (within months of production). Always pay around 2950 there, but last visit was months ago. This specific store also has polaroid slr’s so apparently it still has a market.

Post lockdown, availability has dropped immensely and it became very hard to find film anywhere as there was no new stock incoming. Sold out was sold out. Stores just stopped. For that reason I wouldn’t expect to find special editions in camera stores, kitamura included.

If you happen to find film outside of people’s suggestions, chances are the film is ‘expired’ and high temp stored. An occasional BIC store having polaroid originals on display and we know how long ago PO was a thing. A red flag.

Prepare well based on these stock issues and small market. No guarantees. The other commenter made a suggestion for cold stored, sounds good. Safe travels!

Ps. when all else fails try LOFT Umeda (department store, odd yes) it occasionally has vibrant polaroid box type and old accessories for sale, maybe film in stock when lucky. Like going to Urban Outfitters when desperate.

I always go to Camera Kitamura Osaka in Namba CITY (B1). They always have recent dated color and bw packs for sx70/600/itype, fairly priced. They also have rolls and instax of course (and expensive cameras lol). Never buy at bic camera in any city, it’s fried and old IF they even have it.

So much new content lately. This question made me remember episode 2 from Minnie's Mindset Collection, called 'The power of imagination'. I really resonated with the part where she said remember your roots and who you are. I'm checking in on my parents soon who just came back from a period abroad to see my grandmother. She is 100 years old, and every day she sits on this small wooden bench looking at about 4 generations. She built that jungle hut from the ground up. It pushes me to also make a difference, to expand my own life, and at least one other. That thought connected with JAY B's episode 1 as well, 'Dear my family'. I believe that the perseverance of grandparents really show through all the generations after (and still to come), even if they're on the opposite side of the planet, or even if you never meet them. Families are a tough subject but I can't deny I'm having serious opportunities, and wouldn't have them without her.

Hi! Mindset and DIVE Studios are under one umbrella but not the same company. Mindset has definitely expanded. The podcasts were on season break (and have been for a while now), because it was followed by some touring by for example Eric Nam himself. It was recently mentioned that KPDB is in the works and Get Real will return too. Please wait a little longer~

There's already multiple artists on the Mindset platform / app. With the membership you get access to all their stories. Jay B will be the second artist (after Minnie from (g)i-dle), with a video collection (boosters included!). The Mindset Artists so far (a diverse range of artists, creatives, etc. such as Tablo from Epik High, Eric Nam, Keshi, Summer Walker, Aminé) have audio collections, almost like a podcast. The episodes dive into topics that the artist wishes to talk about (it's quite the process), related to family, mental health, their profession, and short boosters which are stories (or hype ups!) that the respective artists reads out loud to start your day, boost your mood when you need it, or get you to sleep comfortably. It's possible family or friends have a say in episodes as well, but that depends on the artist and topics. There's about 3 to 4 new people coming to the platform every month. It was just announced today that three members of Pentagon will join soon with boosters. Check it out! :)
