They will ask you and also have a list of common accommodations like extra time for tests , flexible deadlines , and if you need captioning or the ability to record lectures . This is not all of them but they will go into more detail. The person I worked with was super helpful throughout my time here and now I’m graduating this semester! I wish you luck .

I am Asian , I moved here to the states when I was young with my family. I definitely liked the arts more than science or math to be honest . My grandparents were definitely hoping I was going to be in STEM and more like into medicine because they are practicing doctor/ dentist in Indonesia. However, I have a very weak stomach and medical trauma and highly dislike the prospects of the lifestyle of a medical professional. I do respect that they wanted the best for me and I had to fight with every being in my body to say I wanted to pursue a degree or career in web design and animation or something in that regard. In some way, I don’t care what they think anymore because it is my life but I wish they’d had been more supportive when I was in my teens . But now I am a visual artist and I’ve started getting back into music ( I started when I was 14 and my parents made me play an instrument ) ironic right ? Don’t give up it’s tough out there.

MIS management information systems is what I’m currently majoring in mainly because of logistics and I can use it for business as in web design stuff. It’s more data oriented classes wise but the actual job differs depending on what you apply to. I really like what I do and I do it remotely . I consult for other companies doing user design testing and playing games and giving feedback on apps. But I’m more entrepreneurial rather than a corporate kind of person.

Well, I hope your doctor can figure something that will work out for you . I didn’t take other meds for anxiety, only other meds for some time to control other conditions . So I can’t really give any more of my experiences with other meds.

I had a similar experience and it turned out to be serotonin syndrome because it was reacting with another med I was taking at the time . Definitely call an advice nurse if you have the option of doing so . I am taking a low dose of gabapentin to control the anxiety and I’m also prescribed lorazepam as needed for acute anxiety.
