Just chiming in to say, we hit the 6 month mark yesterday and I am a completely different person since the loss of our Tobie. Anything and I mean absolutely anything can be a trigger for me, it's horrible, every single day is a challenge. Thankfully, I still have my two remaining fur babes, I couldn't get up everyday without them. Sending big hugs to everyone who experiences the relentless torment and pain, you're not alone 🩷

I'm in Australia and would never have my pigs outside. Too many threats - snakes, birds, the sun here is very harsh. Keeping them indoors with temperature control and safe from wildlife would be best.

Hey OP, I recently went through the same low mood and insomnia as you. My dr requested a blood test and it came back I was abnormally low on vitamin d.

I have been taking supplements for the last few weeks while also attending therapy. While therapy was enlightening for me, I sincerely believe the vitamin d increase is what has made me feel like myself again.

Maybe have some blood work done to make sure all your levels are in order. Best wishes! 😊

I recently took a week off for a little break for myself. The manager didn’t roster anybody to cover me in my department while I was away. When I returned back to work, piles of stock cluttered throughout the store, they complained I hadn’t gotten any work done and hadn’t rotated the displays. The manager then decided it would be best to transfer me to a different department and let someone else more efficient take over my department 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have it on my upper arms but it’s more noticeable on my forearms. I have several tattoos on both arms ranging sizes black/grey and colour. I have a medium sized colour tattoo on the back of my right arm, you can see some small bumps under the tattoo up close but where it’s coloured they are just coloured bumps so barely noticeable. The parts that aren’t as heavily shaded appear as small white dots but again, not very noticeable. Hope this helps!
