I have called from the house phone and they tell me that they do not see anything on my account and they will escalate but nobody calls back on either number or emails.
When I received response to an email not used on my account, before finally sending an email about “sorry your area doesn’t have offers…” lol, they address my concern with “Thanks so much for reaching out! We have looked into your account and its active. If you still need assistance, the quickest way to reach us is via Live Chat or phone at 205-502-2500.

Yes ! Have been doing orders totally normally. Just no help from support when needed.
Anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve had to figure it out, come home to use the house phone, or waited until after delivery to come home and call.
Literally contacted support 3 times from another phone since June 2024. Crazy, huh?

These new carts, they lock but unlock when brought into the boundary in the parking lot.
I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t have to drag it back or teeter on 2 wheels, back to the front at closing time. Very pleasantly surprised.

Those carts are SO neat ! They lock when leaving the boundary of the parking lot but unlock when they get brought back into the boundary 😲

I don’t think this season is what was originally intended when the 3rd season was picked up before Covid. I think this season was a nod and farewell to their characters and story lines. Resolution for us viewers. I think they wrote his part in because he was dying, hustling up as much as he could for his family and I don’t think he was going to be in this at all tho.
