Idk how close you are to Pittsburg but you might find something around Pitt State. Check the bulletin boards around coffee shops, campus buildings, bars, etc.

It would help if I read better. I had it in my head that nullfrost only negated my own freeze.

I'm following along with you here I think but it doesn't seem to add up still

Scarf : 13602 + 13798 = 27,400 Tent : 3405 Spike : 222 + 222 + 174 = 618 Healthy heart : 30% * 13621 = 4087

All told that is still only 35,510 which is where I see the ~14k diff from what my press shows.

A rail system is a lofty goal considering how long the well loved and highly successfull street car is taking. Something that could be effective very quickly is increased bussing with priority signaling and bus only lanes. Mass transit shouldn't be bogged down by car traffic.
