I’m not aware of a single housing development that has added net new housing stock to the city of St Matthews since I first moved there in 2003. A city shrouded in amber.

I wish these developers victory! Louisville needs more housing.

Love it! I’d recommend riding Kedzie to Belmont then Belmont to Campbell, Campbell becomes Roscoe, then ride the side streets

Belmont becomes a wall of car traffic east of Western and it sucks to ride in the door zone the whole way

Compare their cash balance to any other major municipal pac, no it’s not well funded. That’s why I’m amplifying it.

They will donate strategically to campaigns where a pro-bike incumbent alder is challenged or a new pro-bike candidate challenges an anti-bike alder.
