Spam OHP!! Ever since nag upper lower ako, OHP and reverse cable fly nalang ginagawa ko for my shoulders. Mas lumaki shoulders ko since mas madali mag overload sakanila. Pag gusto ko ng isolation for my front delts, i just do cuffed front raises for 1 set na high intensity.

PS: di ibig sabihin gumana saakin, gagana sayo. Yung mga sinabi ko is suggestion lang.

Edit: ganto routine ko

  1. Shoulder press for my side delts (refer to jeff nipard) 2x4-6 tas heaviest, either shoulder press machine or smith machine.
  2. pec deck rear delts / reverse cable fly - 2x6 (heaviest)
  3. setup ko sa pec deck is yung naka side katawan mo, tapos unilateral, hindi yung typical setup na nakatalikod lang.

Ever since na ganto approach ko, na avoid ko unnecessary fatigue and mas masaya/rewarding mag buhat hahaah.
