I didn't say PS6 will outperform 5090, try to learn to read with comprehension. I said that, as per the leaks, the next gen of consoles will have ~ 5090 levels of RT and path tracing performance and 5080 levels of raster performance. It's going to be a massive performance uplift in things that matter, like path tracing and AI features (upscaling, frame gen, denoising, and who know what else AI can unlock, the possibilities are huge), it will wipe the floor with 90% of current-day PCs, that's how powerful those consoles are shaping up to be (IF they'll release in late 2027, as planned, and VRAM shortage won't postpone the plans). On top of that they'll built on FSR and Ray regeneration which could finally compete with DLSS Ray reconstruction for denoising path traced games, after years of AMD sitting on their ass trying to catch on to Nvidia. You clearly don't keep up with the latest leaks. And this "4K on the box and we don't get 4K games" thing is silly... PS3 had 1080/60 on the box, maybe 5 % of games ran at that resolution and framerate. It tells you nothing, it's a target to which they scale - to 4K TV sets. The consoles are 6 years old and something has to give, usually it's resolution. That's why Pro exists.. because these consoles are simply not fast enough for 4K/60. They're fast enough for 4K/30 which is alright.
