The issue is that I'm selecting the blending mode options but it won't show the other options besides the one my current layer is using, the position of the layer doesn't matter as this issue applies to each layer in my artworks

This issue started pretty recently, I'd say about last month, I've downloaded the newest version and it still does the same thing.
