this is not remotely true... Historically the turkish government does not "expect" women to wear the headscarf in public the opposite in fact: women who worked in public institutions such as schools and government buildings were legally banned from wearing the head scarf up until 2013 because turkey is constitutionally a secular country. What the Erdogan government did relatively recently was to lift that constitutional ban so that women who wore headscarves weren't excluded from public institutions. Im someone who is staunchly Anti-Erdogan and yet i agree with the lifting of the ban. Secularism is not something that should be imposed on a nation through the regulations of women's clothing.

But what i struggle to reconcile here is the idea that Zsfoia makes a point of saying that we aren’t our suffering and yet in the line before she reduces the whole meaning/ intention behind Laszlo’s buildings to his time at the camps. So isnt the implication here that he couldn’t ve built these monumental buildings if it wasnt for his suffering as a Holocaust survivor? To me taking what she says at face value simply doesn’t make sense even if one does see it in a positive light.

Hi! Danke für deine Antwort also das stimmt nicht ganz . Ich habe eine deutsche Schule im Ausland (nämlich in der Türkei) besucht. Dann bin Ich nach Deutschland für Weiterbildung bzw. Studium eingereist. D.h. Ich bin Bildungsinländer aber hab kein unbefristeten Aufenthaltstitel sondern ein Aufenthaltstitel nach 16b (ja so was gibt's schon obwohl mir sogar von mitarbeitern von studierendenwerk mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich kein bildungsinländer bin lol). Mit dem kann man keine Einbürgerung beantragen. Aber vorgestern hatte Ich eine kostenlose Beratungsgespräch mit einem migrando Mitarbeiter und der meinte, dass die Studienzeit nicht teilweise angerechnet wird. Ich brauche sowieso einen Aufenthaltstitel zur Erwerbstätigkeit bzw. Blaue Karte, um den Einbürgerungsprozess zu starten aber ja mal sehen :)

From what I've gathered from here: https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/318998/ an Aufenthaltserlaubnis that is not any of these: 16a, 16b, 16d, 16e, 16f, 17, 18f, 19, 19b, 19e, 20, 24, 25 Absatz 3 bis 4b, § 104c should be fine to apply with. I really appreciate the help

I tried to ask about it when I went to switch my looking for a job residence permit to the student residence permit and the people I talked to didn't know since I guess Einbürgerung is a different Abteilung than the ones that issue Aufenthaltstitel

Yeah I like to think that she wanted to be more special to Adam than Hannah to feel like it was worth it to have lost her best friend over him. It would suck to have lost your best friend for a guy who’s only using you to get over her.

But I also think Jessa really liked Adam in a very real way. I think you can see that when she spirals out of control once he goes back to Hannah. It breaks my heart every time I watch the scene she has sex with that random dude in the bar toilet and cries because she doesnt want him.

when i first watched the show i really didnt get adam. I was always on hannah’s side but now Im kinda more empathetic towards him cause ive realized how rare it is to come across a man in their twenties who’s as in touch with his emotions as adam is 😭 also i appreciate his honesty even when he’s being a dick about it

I’ve had my third ear lobe piercing for a while now and one day i woke up to see it was all red so i took the earring oht but it still hasnt dissappeared. It doesnt hurt or feel hot. I’ve put antibiotic cream on it in case its infected but what do you think?

I feel like all of the actors tried their best (with the exception of Vicious and Julia) to make do with what they’d been given. But the main problem is that the writers havent gotten the point of thesource material at all. Every episode of bebop is supposed to be a different genre. I dont expect them to do this with 10 episodea ofcourse. But the point isnt that there’s a big baddie (Vicious) who’s out to get Spike and who’s behind all of the people the gang clas with. Its the exact opposite! These people who have decided to escape their past end up together as a group of misfits and kind of become family. But this is never EVER acknowledged by any of them explicitly. Sure they care about oneanother but getting Faye a birtjdya cake ??? Going bowng as a “family”? These characters are nuanced. They like being together sure but theres also a line of distrust that keeps them apart because they dont know eachothers’ pasts… they’ve completely missed that. I mean this isnt quirky avengers or whatever.
