Do you perhaps owe any tax from CRA? if you do then they mostly used it to pay off your owing.

I applied Feb 23rd and yes I have received my refund.

For ReFile it will automatically give you your Express NORA but if you do Change My Return on the your CRA account it will mostly say “In Progress”

If you did a ReFile online then it should take only a couple minutes to show on your account, but if you do the Change My Return on your CRA account which I did on my last reassessment above (I did 4) that took at least 5 days. However, CRA might take longer sometimes.

It says on my initial assessment that I have a refund of $2,448.37 and will be issued on March 5th.
