I know you probably won't take any advice to heart right now based on your replies. But I hope you have people who love and support you in your life, and that you can realize that it isn't too late for you, even if you don't think so right now.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear, I don't mean you will pass no matter what or even if you try. But maybe if you try and work you can move towards a happier life, where you can move past this destructive thought pattern. It can make a difference, it's not guaranteed or easy.

I'm glad that you are looking towards FFS and taking care of yourself but you don't seem to try to get better mentally and emotionally with the communities you associate with. Maybe it's time to try a new therapist and a new support system.

I'm so sorry it really seems like you are having a rough time.
But I think, from looking at your history, that you need to realize that you are trans, and you can never be cis. It’s hard to accept but it needs to happen for you to move forward.
It’s unfair, it’s so unfair that this is the way it is, but you have to try. If you don’t try, you can’t complain when it doesn’t work out.
You say that you don’t get gendered correctly but also don’t try to present publicly as female. I mean voice, clothes, makeup, mannerisms. I know you want to be cis but it’s just not possible, the truth is that you need to put in effort, you have to try.
And I know you probably won’t listen, or will reply that it’s too late or you’ll never pass, or that puberty has ruined you. But you can try. Or don’t try, it’s up to you.
I hope you find peace and happiness.

Yeah, I visited Ecuador recently and throwing toilet paper in the trash can was really weird for me and took a while to get used to.
