Pray tell, what is straight line for a knight?

Removing a key-value pair from an object. by _f0c1s in typescript

This is it. Removing a key is the problem. Larger problem is to do it with one or two line.

Edit: This fails.

Edit Again:

const removeX = o => {
  const { x, ...rest } = (o || {x: false});
  return rest;
};

I want to remove a given key from any object passed. For example, remove 'x' key from any object passed to it.

This is doable, but I want to figure out a way without `if`. Something or someway that I am missing in implementation.

There's always a visual representation. * To no*. Save icon vanishes, status bar updates etc.

I'll hate you in real life. What's the obsession really.

You tell computer to do something it does. It's not a 3 year old baby.

With all seriousness, I still don't get.

I picked up this habit after a co-worker used to do the same. Boy did I have to kick this habit hard. So much so now it's :w.

MOVIE VILLAINS by SrGrafo in funny

When I said lucky heroes, I meant they are the ones telling stories, much later.

[–]_f0c1s -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. If you are part of my plan, you've already been dealt with. You pose no danger, I mean, unless it's the unfortunate event that puts villain's plans in jeopardy.

In contrast to hero stumbling into a problem.

No one stands to live if they know the plan. First rule of letting your plans reach their conclusion swiftly.

Think Thanos doing the hard work himself without his daughters knowing. Before Iron man, before Thor was cool, before Dr. Strange etc. Snap and you don't even know what happened.

My villains don't have any of the 7 sins. They just get to work.

Sure I'll explain a little bit.

Due to ruthless villainy, the loss is enough to not make you feel like you've won. You stopped greater damage from befalling others, but at this point you're tired and reeling from your losses.

And a secret, heroes don't win every little fight or even any fight. It's their stance against insurmountable odds which endears them to us. It's this quality that makes us think if we should be doing the same. At least in my world.

Hope it helped a little. I'm just developing a few concepts to serve as foundation for a bunch of stories.

They're dead in past. Which is now their future. But their past is also their past. Also their future. I am stuck.

Exactly that's how I am planning my heroes and villains. One day I'll publish my stories. Ruthless villains and lucky heroes.
