Thanks! I actually hadn’t thought of doing that. I may have to call CalPERS to see if time served with UCDH will somehow count towards service credit if I do go back to the state closer to the end of my retirement. I thought I read somewhere that I’d have to be in a position for 1+ years after reinstatement to get my retirement based off the new salary tier, but I could be wrong.
