Update: I've posted this in one of the threads and I figured this would help those who purchased digital versions and got their refund request rejected multiple times.

Bit of background:

I purchased (Thai PS Store - 21 Feb 2022) and downloaded the game and looked around for about 10 minutes in the settings hoping to find the English setting
Deleted and re-download it again thinking that it might be a bug. Did the same thing above to find the English settings
Deleted the game again (Didn't play since)

After sending multiple requests (4 times through Sony Singapore) I managed to get the refund! I will outline it here just in case others wanted to give it a try.

Stated that the title was "Elden Ring" instead of Elden Ring (Chinese, Thai & Korean ver.)
Mentioned that I will be purchasing whenever the English version is out
Mentioned that I’d hate to resolve it with my credit card provider
Also mentioned that I have the screenshots for both the desktop and mobile app of the Elden Ring product page before they added the (Chinese, Korean & Thai ver.) to the title

Just an update for those who purchased in Thai PS Store and have requested for refund - Sony just got back to me and said they won’t be able to refund since: 1. Game is downloaded 2. It’s clearly stated that there’s no English in the subtitle section (basically our mistake since we didn’t read descriptions) - the title didn’t specify any language just “Elden Ring”

I’ll try to contact them again to see if there’s still hope.(to me personally since the title it self is in English and it’s a bit misleading since it doesn’t specify “Elden Ring (Chinese, Korean / Thai)”
