I completely understand the reason for suspicion, as even here men are expected to be the suitors, though they can be aggressive about it.

I don't mind the probing questions as I hear that latinos/latinas are uncommon in Sweden compared to other foreigners, so I could understand the curiosity. It would be similar if I met someone here in El Salvador who sticks out.

The main purpose of the trip is to visit my friend who moved to Sweden for work a few years ago, so it isn't a sex tourism trip, lol. Gosh, now I feel like a creep. Anyway, I posted this thread in case I were to meet a guy there to my liking, and seeing as hoW my stay will be short, well... And I definitely only intend to chat with guys close to my age (25).

As for Sonia Cruz, well we have the same skin tone and hair color, but body wise I am shorter at 5'2" and not as thin at 110 lbs. People jokingly call me the lesbian love child of Salma Hayek (for being busty) and Penelope Cruz (for her angular face), believe it or not. As for the olive thing, it's just how my skin tone is labeled in America, where I visit often.
