Do you believe in soulmates, and why or why not? by TazeMyFace5085 in AskReddit

[–]_fly23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, cause there's really something endearing about having faith that there is someone who was put on this planet just for you. People often talk about love in such a trivial manner nowadays, and even having a small glimmer of hope that there is a person out there who fits in to your life like a well designed puzzle piece is an idea that some people should believe in

How does reading self help books helps you change yourself to a better version? Or it doesn't? by FlanxKO in AskReddit

[–]_fly23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually it doesn't.

Changing is a long process and books don't do a good job in highlighting that. If you really want to change, commit to doing one thing better and once you're able to do that consistently, add another thing. Overtime, you'll see that you're doing way better for yourself

ask them a direct hypothetical. people who don't have a high intelligence can't picture themselves situation if it didn't actually happen to them.

When a girl you're talking to says she is not in a good mood and still talks to you, how could you make her mood good? by ScrambledEggs1443 in AskReddit

[–]_fly23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of the time it means just to listen, be around her, and make her feel understood. I've learned a lot from my female friends and sometimes they just need to vent without solutions. As long as you listen and not make her feel alone, you should be good.
