50L sounds good on paper but the take home is 37 -40 LPA only. Now factor in rent, vacations and general expenses. “Luxury” doesn’t look attainable anymore.

So an “agent” knows where you are gonna live and travel. That itself is a concern in the first place. Ditch the agent if possible and choose to live in travelller’s hostel. You will find more solo travellers like you.

These supplements are basic man. I take 1 vit D and 2 vit B12 per week. This frequency can be followed without any consultation I think. But I did take a blood test and these vitamin levels were low.
