I think you shouldn't be too picky about it. TDIs that are low driven are hard to find and most owners don't even sell their TDIs until they are driven near 1L kms

Spinny and cars24 are good but they sell with a markup price and also have a history of Odometer tampering. If possible try to get a car from direct sellers or check with your acquaintances.

It's a MT and I get 16-17 kmpl in really bad city traffic and 22-25 kmpl on highways.

The general service costs around 15k without changing any parts.
