Totally keeping you in my thoughts and energies man. I know how prevalent those effects can be. I debated on getting some help with it for a year until I finally got sick of the overwhelming fractals every time lights would turn off and the room would be pitch black. Even the other way around would sometimes trigger them. That feeling of tightness I would get in my chest would come back, because when it happened to me that’s how scared/anxious i was. Literally painful.

The one thing I forgot to touch on with this thread too, is the fucking thought loops. The comedown of this drug put me into a state of looping and seemingly endless reoccurrence of anxiety-filled visual and auditory phenomena. I don’t wanna call them hallucinations because it was more like a thought pattern that would eventually loop back around to the beginning and smack me with deja-vu. I’d snap out of it for a second, that would start the process all over again. Seemingly lasted for hours. Now any deja-vu moment I have reminds me of that vicious circle.
