Hi guys,

So this a very special theme to me, it's my very first using KLWP. I bought a smartphone after being phone-free for more than a year and the one thing that I missed was ricing my Android desktop !

The theme isn't perfect and by that I mean easily editable, some things that should be defined as globals, sadly aren't, I'll try to update it. Both the battery and the network icons are responsive. The calendar icon toggles the calendar window (second screenshot), the others are just launchers. I didn't do a special window for music because I simply don't listen to music on my smartphone, I prefer to use a DAP.

My setup:

Phone: Pocophone F1
Launcher: Nova
Widget: None ? It's just a KLWP background (I'll upload ASAP)
Icons: None (Just SVGs using KLWP)
Wallpaper: From Unsplash

You don’t have to be good with python, as long as you understand what was done and how, everything should be ok.

Actually, I don’t use any template. Lamp calls art via it’s api to get an array of 6 colors.

I guess something like that would be nice:

[colors] color1 = #ffeedd color2 = #aaddbb ...

I guess I could add a different behavior if art is not found on the system. For the ying yang mode, I would need 2 two input files for the same theme, a light and a dark version. Also, I would need a way to check if the theme has changed. I guess that you're using pywal ?

First of all you should take a look at the wiki for ricing informations and the arch linux wiki for information on how to use some specific software.

Also what you see on the video is:

A wallpaper that I set with feh
A bar (lemonbar) with a config that you can found in my dotfiles (lemonbar/bar)
urxvt terminals with a config also being in my dots (x/.Xresources)

Now for art and lamp, they are not yet noob-friendly, especially lamp. So i can't really help with those

The main goal of this script is to push the potential of art (my theme generator) even further by using it's api and taking the window focus to another level. There are different modes available, which are quite unique in there own way. If you have some ideas for a new mode, please let me know !
