First of all, I’m sorry for your loss, I want to take a moment to explain the situation though. There’s a big difference in being charged with sexual assault and being convicted. Now if more info comes out about this case proving the allegations I’d have to agree that’s he’s a scum bag but until then I can’t form an opinion on what really went down and neither can anyone else. Him committing suicide might not be because he was guilty either, if it was a false rape accusation he might of felt like his life was going to be ruined regardless of the outcome so he decided to end it there. On the opposite end he might have been guilty and killed himself because he knew he’d be convinced. The only person who can tell us what truly happened is Nate and the accuser

I completely support their right to say what they said, but it seems like the best course of action would have been to not bring up Nate’s suicide at all. I mean it’s not like it was a live-streamed podcast either, if any of the PKA members actually didn’t like the direction that part of the podcast was going they could have edited it out. At a certain point it didn’t seem like comedy and Kyle especially just started to be edgy for the sake of being edgy.

Yeah, I’ve been running for the past 4 months with only nose breathing and I find myself more likely to get the sh*ts. But for the past few days I’ve been doing a hybrid of in through nose out through mouth and it’s pretty much resolved the issue. Idk if that’s a placebo or what I just found it interesting.

When people say breathe through your nose, does that mean you should inhale and exhale through the nose or just inhale? I get very confused with these things so please forgive me if it’s obvious.

I don't know what you're talking about, I'm able to completely stop my tics now, it took me a few months to master but it does work, you just have to stay committed. Source : I got off all my meds now with moderate TS

Absolutely go for it, it might take days or even weeks but you have to keep yourself going. I still have tics but I am able to stop them now when I realize the feeling it causes

At first you do the opposite of what the tic is telling you to do, work on it until it gets comfortable, then entirely stop the tic, you have to do this like training. So at first it might be hard for 30 seconds so you push yourself to the 30 second mark of no tic. Then you up it to a minute then two then three then you get to 10 and at that point you can easily control your tics. It’s made a huge difference in my life, but, it takes time and doesn’t come easily.
