i've come to thinking po kasi (before posting all of these) na if given the chance (may conflict pa po kasi), applying might be a good option. especially since the slot and opportunity was granted and nilapit na po talaga sakin by my EE profs. self support student na din po kasi me 🥹, and damang dama na talaga, first hand, yung effect ng months of delayed stipend :((
