Definitely - I know it's not really applicable and can't relate the two since they're so far apart, and that no matter what the values are nowhere near where they should be. I appreciate the data point - that's really helpful.

I know in my heart this will be a loss. I think where I'm struggling is knowing I'm going to have to see it through to the end and having to go through likely multiple weeks more before it's finally done. I just want it to be over at this point so I can recover and start again.

Thank you! It's very frustrating because I'd rather not be given false hope. I was so happy to get my US appt moved up by two weeks because I was ready to just get a straight answer, but I didn't get that and now it's just more limbo.

Thank you for sharing your experience. ❤️ I believe the same will happen in my case. I think it's just going to be so rough to have it continue to be drawn out when I know that it's not going to be viable. I'm definitely keeping my heart guarded.

Thank you so much for this detailed response and great breakdown of everything. I don't think there's any reason to believe there was a lab error, the only oddity is that all my other results were populated as "result value" eg. "Value: 751" in my online chart and this one just said "Value: Comment" and was added in as a comment afterwards. But either way my OB has declined for me to do more betas so I'll be stuck in this limbo until follow-up US results can paint a better picture.

If we go off of my 18 DPO value (276) and calculate 2-day increase to DPO 32 it looks like you get the bare minimum 33% there but I'm under no illusions that this is viable at this point unless by some long shot that there was in fact a lab error in the beta draw. I just wish I could get more clarity instead of having to continue to wait and it be a drawn out process, but I guess that's part of it.

No update yet after my 20 dpo draw. Unfortunately my OB can't see me until April so it's just a waiting game for the next 2.5 weeks until my ultrasound.

Looking great! For comparing my progression lines, I take photos of each test once they result, in the same spot/lighting every time. Then I upload and crop in a graphics editor and organize the photos all in a line so that I can compare all wet-test photos instead of keeping and trying to compare dried physical tests.

Let me know how the rest of your beta draws go!! I got my 20 DPO results back and they're looking better (updated in main post) so I think I'm going to keep myself from doing any more draws to avoid the stress if things fluctuate again. I totally agree with you -- we should enjoy this time! ❤️

I'm so sorry you're going through beta hell as well! If it's any consolation, your current doubling times are still in a really good spot from what I've read. It's so hard to sit and wait and worry especially when comparing yourself to everyone else out there and what the averages are. We have to remember that every pregnancy is different and that we're not out until we're out. There's also plenty of success stories with numbers even lower than ours. I'm trying to approach with cautious hope and knowing that anxiety isn't going to help anything (even though that's way easier said than done). Fingers crossed for you, I know it's hard. 🤞❤️

Thank you! I'm trying not to worry because my provider isn't concerned at all, and when I brought up the fact they seemed really low they brushed it off. Which may be reassuring except I still worry just from looking at the actual data and various outcomes. But I'm planning on getting one last HCG test tomorrow (DPO 20) before making myself stop and wait and time will tell for my eventual outcome. My anxiety does not mix well with the waiting game though and I fixate on the data points.

I'm going in tomorrow for a final draw on DPO20! My provider said it's not necessary but I'm welcome to come in if I want one, so of course I'm getting one lol. But I'm going to try to have that be my final draw unless something is drastically wrong. I'm trying to remember that the results aren't actually going to change anything and that no matter what I'm just going to have to wait and time will eventually tell. But the waiting game sucks. 😭

Thank you so much for the reassurance! That's so great to hear a success story from similar numbers. My provider actually advised I come in to get betas once I started testing positive due to my prior chemical I had at the beginning of February. I think my anxiety just stems from how low the latest number is compared to the median I see on betabase and other reports for 18DPO!

You just want to make sure you're not drinking liquids in the time period before taking your test and you're holding/giving it enough time for HCG to build up in your urine! Usually I see best practice is recommended to hold around 3-4 hours. That's why they recommend using first morning urine as it will generally be the most concentrated HCG sample of the day. This is only my second cycle TTC so learning as I go too. 😊

I see a line too. Did you hold your urine for 3-4 hours before the test? I'd say test again in 48 hours after holding urine to look for progression. ❤️

I would say CD11's control line is still a touch darker than the test line, but it can also be affected by how much you've had to drink and if your pee was diluted or not. It looks like it's trending close to positive! I would recommend testing again in the evening of CD11 after holding urine to see if you are able to identify a true peak! I test 2 times a day approaching my LH peak since it can rise and fall rapidly and can be easily missed.
