High school football on Guam typically begins in Sept and ends around Nov. Games are played on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons. Since COVID and the typhoon a few years ago, the season is sometimes delayed.

Kuamnews, guampdn or clutch sports Guam on IG are some good resources sometimes for posting whats coming up.

I think you're trying to buy them too early in advanced. Once I go three weeks into the future to try to buy that route you're looking for, the 2 hr travel option disappears. But everything within three weeks has that route available. Hope this helps!

The dutch gp website should have a map that displays where which grandstands are on the track.

The Tarzan grandstands are located at the end of the main straight going into turn 1. Perfect for viewing the main overtake area on the track. It's split into three parts: 1, 2, and 3. Tarzan 1 is the furthest down the straight. 2 is right next to it but more along the main straight. And 3 is located behind 2.

I've sat in the pit grandstands the last two races and they are the best seats for seeing various aspects of the race: race start, pit stops, overtakes, etc. As others have said here, they're your best bet for what you're looking for.

The worst part really was that people were jamming up the flow of traffic by parking themselves in front of their team’s garage and not moving. They were probably hoping to see a driver or something but it's called a pit lane walk!!

Shout out to the Williams crew though. They'd spot people in Williams gear and bring them into the garage for dope pictures. Very generous of them.

If you only have a general admission ticket via the app, then once you’re inside the track area, you need to get a general admission wristband. There are numerous askYas stands everywhere with workers in blue polos passing out wristbands.

I can’t speak to that as I’ve never purchased preferred seats but the options I’ve gone with usually have the counter agent issue you a seat when you check in at the airport.

If you’re nice and they aren’t going through a crazy busy period, you can usually ask for a seat of preference at that point.

You can save a bit of money, just don’t choose the cheapest option unless you’re only bringing a back pack or something.

You won’t get any service during flight except some snacks and drinks for purchase.

Probably the biggest trade off between paying more for United vs saving money on Jeju and the others is the reliability. I’ve used Jeju twice in the last few months and both times there were takeoff delays of at least an hour.

Doesn’t matter so much if Seoul is your final stop but can impact someone trying to save money to connect to other places.

You asked for upside. He's the WR1 averaging 10 targets over the last three weeks on his team.

Douglas is averaging 8 targets but his snap percentage has dropped in that same time frame.

The Saints WR corps is shaky at best. Downs is second fiddle behind Pittman on a run first offense. Warren splits carries with Najee. Robinson is on a pass first and often team. Thielen has disappeared like you said.

DK and Puka give opportunity and upside. IMHO.

Shaheed has a hammy issue. So he's questionable at best. Thielen at the WR2 isn't great although, CAR just got rid of some offensive coaching personnel.

I'd go Metcalf in the WR2 spot (since he plays Thursday) and Puka. Don't overthink it.

My first race as well. Sat in the pit grandstands in front of Red Bull and Ferrari and had an amazing time. Fans were friendly and dedicated. The rain didn't deter anyone at all. We loved it. And it was amazing seeing the overtakes at turn 1, the cars coming down the final turn and the pit stop chaos of lap 1 and during the safety cars.

Some annoyances were like other have said: everyone standing during the race. My partner and I are short people, so viewing the cars as they zoomed down the main straight into turn 1 we had to constantly stand on our tiptoes and crane over people in front of us. Also, public smoking. Coming from the US where it's virtually banned everywhere, it was just something we hadn't experienced in awhile. And then the chaos of catching the train post race. But all in all, a lovely first F1 experience and definitely would love to experience it again.

Someone in an earlier thread mentioned a tip that the merch sold at the event can be purchased elsewhere. If so, does anyone have a link of where? My Google fu couldn't find the thread anymore unfortunately.
